Selling from your own site should not mean renting a platform that takes a share of every order. With Cleishop, the new free plugin, your Cleitext site becomes an online shop: products, cart, checkout, payments and the customer account, on your server and with your theme.
A catalog that is quick to run
Cleishop was designed starting from the people who update the shop every day. The products list has filters that stack, category with its subcategories, then brand, stock and sales, and you change price and stock with a click, right in the list. Many products are published, copied or moved to the trash at once.

A checkout for Italy and Europe
The checkout fits on one page and works even without JavaScript. Shipping zones go down to the province and the postcode, with flat rates, free shipping, pickup and weight bands; taxes follow class, country and province, and Italian VAT is set in one click. Coupons can give a percentage, an amount or free shipping, with limits by spend, products, customers and dates.
For Italian invoices, the checkout asks for tax code, VAT number and recipient code (SDI) or PEC, and checks them before the order is placed.
Payments without fees
Choose how customers pay: bank transfer with your bank details in the email, cash on delivery with a surcharge, cards with Stripe and PayPal on their secure pages. Cleishop takes nothing: you pay only the fees of the provider you choose, and refunds start from the order in the admin.
A storefront that search engines like
The shop, its categories and brands and every product page are rendered on the server and cached, so they open fast. Products carry the structured data that Google reads, with price, availability and the average of the reviews. Customers leave stars and a comment, and those who bought the product are marked as verified owners. Pages get the same SEO analysis as the rest of the site.
In their account, customers find their orders, their saved addresses and a cart that follows them from the phone to the computer.
With every theme
Cleishop works with every Cleitext theme, Aurora, Canvas, Pulsar and Vitality, and with the templates of Fresco Pro. Its blocks, product grids, the cart link and the breadcrumbs, go in any page, so the shop can appear on the home page too.
Cleishop is free and open source. Install it from Plugins → Add New, activate it, and the Cleishop menu appears in the admin: choose payments and shipping, add your products, and the shop is open at /shop.
