Install it
In Appearance → Themes → Add New Theme, choose Pulsar, install it and activate it.
Add your project
In Appearance → Customize, set the logo and the menu, then write your home page.
Use the Pulsar styles
Give a block a Pulsar class in its sidebar (Advanced → Additional CSS class), or ask your AI assistant to do it.
You need Cleitext 0.26 or later.

Is Pulsar free?
Yes, for any number of sites, under the GPL.
Is it only for apps?
It is made for projects, but its styles suit any simple site.
Does it work in two languages?
Yes: with Multilingual it shows a language switcher in the header.
