Install it
In Appearance → Themes → Add New Theme, choose Bistrot, install it and activate it.
Add your venue
In Appearance → Customize, set the logo, the palette, the hours and where Book a table leads.
Use the Bistrot styles
Give a block a Bistrot class in its sidebar (Advanced → Additional CSS class), or ask your AI assistant to do it.
You need Cleitext 0.79 or later.

Is Bistrot free?
Yes, for any number of sites, under the GPL.
Can I write the whole menu?
Yes: each dish is a line of a list, with its price and a description, in one or two columns.
Can I change the colors?
Yes: pick one of the ready palettes in Customize, or choose your own colors.
