Open Agenda for the first time and it asks what customers book, how long it lasts, your weekly hours and your email. On the right you see the calendar exactly as customers will, changing as you type.

Few steps, as on the best booking services. On a phone every button is big enough for a thumb and the form is short: name, email, a phone number if you want it, your questions and the consent.

No double bookings
Only free times, always
A booked time disappears for everyone, whatever service they look at, if you work alone or in one room. Each booking is checked again at the very moment it is saved, so two people can never take the same place.

In the admin, appointments are a list you can search and filter, or a calendar by day, week or month, with a colour for each service. The Dashboard shows today, the next seven days and what is waiting for you.

Every appointment
Details, notes and a click to change
Click an appointment to see who booked and their answers. Confirm it, cancel it, move it to another time or mark a missed one; the customer is told by email if you want. Private notes stay only with you.
Privacy
Personal data, handled with care
Bookings stay in your site’s database, never on someone else’s servers. The form asks for consent and links your privacy policy, and the site’s Captcha or Antispam keeps bots away.
- Names, emails and phones of past appointments are erased after 24 months, or when you choose
- Requests to export or erase a person’s data include their appointments
- The Privacy plugin adds a section about bookings to your policy

Bring your bookings with you
Used Simply Schedule Appointments or Booking Calendar? Upload their export and Agenda shows what it found before importing anything: services with their hours and breaks, past and future appointments, closed days, even the texts of your emails.
- Imported bookings never count toward the free limit
- Import again and it updates, without duplicates
- With the WordPress Importer, their booking shortcodes become the Booking block

Agenda is free with every feature on this page, up to 30 bookings in total: enough to try it for real, or for those who take a few appointments. Every booking made on the site or by hand counts, past and cancelled ones too; imported ones do not.

Install it
In Plugins → Add New, find Agenda, then click Install and Activate.
Answer the wizard
Open Agenda in the admin’s menu: name and length of what you offer, your weekly hours, your email. The booking page is published for you.
Share the page
Link it from your menu, your social profiles and your email signature, or add the Booking block to any page. Then just wait for the first email.
You need Cleitext 0.82 or later.
Questions
Do my customers need an account?
No. They book with their name and email, and the link in the confirmation lets them cancel or move the appointment.
Can customers pay online?
Not in the free version: you can show an indicative price, such as “€ 70” or “Free”, and be paid as you always are. Online payments will come with Agenda Pro.
What happens at 30 bookings?
The booking page shows your contacts instead of the calendar, and you get an email. Nothing is deleted, and appointments already booked keep working. Bookings added by hand count too. Agenda Pro, coming soon, removes the limit.
Can I run classes or groups?
Yes: give a service more than one place per time, such as eight for a yoga class. The calendar shows how many places are left.
Does it work with my theme and page builder?
Yes. It takes the look of your theme, and you can place it with the Booking block, the Booking widget of Fresco or the [agenda] shortcode. Colours and corners can be changed with a few lines of CSS.
Will an update break my bookings?
No. Every version of Agenda is tested at every change before it reaches you, and Cleitext tries each update first and rolls it back if something goes wrong: updates never break your site.

Antispam
Keeps spam out of comments, sign-ups and forms with checks that run on your site only: a hidden field, a time check that works on cached pages, links, blocked words and addresses, foreign alphabets, repeated texts. A spam queue to review, and the Captcha plugin asked only when it is unsure. No outside service, IPs kept only as hashes.

Several languages on a site: translations of content, categories and menus, language addresses, hreflang, a language switcher and optional automatic translation.
