A button on every page
In a corner of the screen, in your color, with a short tip like “Need help?” and, if you like, the photo of who answers.
A warm welcome
A small chat window greets visitors with your messages, before they open WhatsApp. It can also open by itself after a few seconds.
The message is ready
WhatsApp opens with a text already written, even with the page the visitor comes from. So you know at once what they are asking about.
From the computer to the phone
On a computer, a QR code lets visitors continue the chat on their phone. Or use WhatsApp Web, or show the button only on phones.
The right number
Each page can have its own number and messages: bookings to reception, orders to the shop. Or no button at all.

With the WhatsApp button block, put a “Write to us” button right where it helps, like under your prices or menu.

Your number, your words
Enter your WhatsApp number, the first message for the visitor and a tooltip. Choose where the button shows, its colour and when the chat window opens by itself.

The Dashboard shows the clicks on WhatsApp day by day. Only counts: nothing about your visitors is kept, and the button uses no cookies.

Ready in a few minutes
Install it
In Plugins → Add New, find Click to Chat, then click Install and Activate.
Enter your number
In Settings → Click to Chat, write your WhatsApp number with the country code. The button appears on the site.
Make it yours
In the same page, choose the color, the tip, the welcome messages and the pages where it shows.
Questions
Do I need WhatsApp Business?
No. The button opens a chat with your number, so it works with the WhatsApp you already use.
Does it need a cookie banner?
The button uses no cookies, and the click counter keeps nothing about your visitors.
Can different pages use different numbers?
Yes. When you edit a page or a post, the WhatsApp button box lets you set another number and other messages, or hide the button there.
What do visitors on a computer see?
A QR code over the button: they scan it with their phone and the chat opens there. You can choose WhatsApp Web instead.
