If you work by appointment, you know the dance: a phone call while you are with someone else, a message to find a free hour, a reminder you forget to send, a customer who does not show up. Agenda takes that dance off your hands. Your site gets a booking page where people see only the free times, choose one and get the confirmation by email. You find everything in the admin.
Who it is for
Psychologists and therapists, online or in the studio. Consultants and coaches with a first free call. Hairdressers, beauticians, physiotherapists, personal trainers. A yoga teacher with eight places per class. Any small studio or business that lives on its calendar.
Ready in two minutes
Install Agenda from the catalog and open it: a short wizard asks what customers book, how long it lasts, your weekly hours and your email, while a live preview shows the calendar as customers will see it. Then it makes and publishes the booking page for you.
- Only free times, and never two bookings on the same place, even if two people click at the same moment
- Confirmation by email with the calendar file, and a reminder the day before
- A link to cancel or move the appointment, no account needed
- Groups with places, breaks between appointments, approval if you want it
- An admin calendar by day, week or month, and a box on the Dashboard
Private by design
Bookings stay in your site’s database, not on someone else’s servers. The form asks for consent, the site’s Captcha or Antispam keeps bots away, and the personal data of old appointments are erased by themselves after the months you choose.
Coming from WordPress?
Agenda imports from Simply Schedule Appointments and Booking Calendar: services with their hours, past and future appointments, closed days and even your email texts. With the WordPress Importer, their booking shortcodes become Agenda’s Booking block.
Free, and Agenda Pro on the way
Agenda is free with every feature above, up to 30 bookings in total: past and cancelled ones count, imported ones do not. At 30 nothing is lost: the booking page shows your contacts, and the appointments already booked keep working. Agenda Pro is coming soon, at €39 a year for one site, with unlimited bookings, staff, online payments and Google Calendar.
Updates that never break your bookings
Your calendar is the heart of your work, so it must never stop. Like every part of Cleitext, Agenda is tested at every change, and every update is tried first and rolled back by itself if something goes wrong: updates never break your site.
