Install it
In Plugins → Add New, find Vetta SEO, then click Install and Activate.
Switch it on
Install Vetta SEO from Plugins → Add New. If the simpler SEO plugin is active, switch it off first: Vetta reads what you wrote there.
Write your keywords
Open a page, write in the SEO section the words people search, and follow the tips until the score turns green.

Is it really free?
Yes, all of it, for every site. There is no paid version.
I used the SEO plugin: do I lose my titles?
No. Vetta reads the titles, descriptions and keywords you wrote with it, and uses them until you change them.
Does a score of 100 mean I am first on Google?
Not by itself: it means the page is well prepared. Useful content and links from other sites matter too.
